Jonathan S. Morse has been a practicing attorney since 1977.
He is admitted to practice in California and Washington and has been specially admitted for particular cases in 18 other states. During this time he has handled 25 trials, including 13 jury trials.
Mr. Morse has also handled numerous transactions involving the purchase, sale and leasing of aircraft as well as repossession of aircraft on behalf of lenders. He has supervised lawsuits filed in Canada and Australia and personally participated in the defense of an American company which was sued in France. Through his network of contacts he is generally able to locate aviation professionals throughout the worlds.
Mr. Morse is a graduate of Princeton University where he received a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as a flight test engineer then as a flight instructor and charter pilot. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1976.
