Mr. Elias began his business career in 1979 as a founder of a IT recruiting and placement firm in Los Angeles, Justin Forbes Search Group. Here, his firm recruited, marketed and placed some 1500 Information Technology professionals in fortune 500 companies headquartered in southern California for a period of 12 years. He guided this firm to a top ranking of IT recruitment firms in the region in the second year of operations.

Mr. Elias is currently president of Champion Employer Services, a Human Resource Outsource company headquartered in Chatsworth. California. His company manages the human resource operations for some 150 companies in southern California and 9 western states. The firm’s areas of specialization include human resource management, payroll processing, workers compensation, employee benefits. government compliance and professional employer services.

Mr. Elias has also held positions in marketing and management in the beverage industry. He founded Golden Bear Beverage company which manufactured and marketed its own brand of natural soft drinks to large supermarket chains, specialty markets and food distributions in Los Angeles. Dallas, New York and London. Elias holds a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University.


Personal Bio:

Mr. Elias grew up in suburban Detroit. After graduation from Plymouth High School be attended Western Michigan University. There he earned a athletic scholarship in his sophomore year and led his Bronco football team to two winning campaigns as the co-captain and most valuable player. As middle linebacker and defensive signal caller, Elias earned all Mid-American Conference honors in two seasons and led the NCAA in pass interceptions his junior year.

After graduation, he resided Flint, Michigan where he coached high school football for 6 seasons. Here, he met his wife, Liz, of 35 years, In 1979, the couple settled in southern California, began a business and started a family. Mr. Elias is the father of three beautiful daughters and has resided in Woodland Hills since 1979.
